We want you to love your Muru Jewellery pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place your jewellery back into its original Muru gift box and secure it in a padded envelope to ensure it arrives safely.

Ship the Parcel

Affix your generated return label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
